CU Spring Training is your athlete's four-week preseason training experience, designed to elevate every aspect of their game—from offense and defense to self-confidence. This camp will sharpen skills, boost confidence, and prepare athletes for success heading into winter training.

What to Expect from GRIT:​
CU Spring Training focuses on clean hitting mechanics, mastering the swing sequence, and building powerful muscle memory through drill circuits. Athletes will develop consistency in hitting various pitches and speeds, improve bat speed and power (effortless bat whip), and gain the confidence needed to dominate at the plate.

Defensively, CU Spring Training covers all key aspects of the game—throwing (HLT Certified), catching, fielding, footwork, and transfer work. Athletes will be trained on proper muscle sequencing, quick release mechanics, and the correct ball approach to ensure clean, powerful, and consistent defensive skills.

 

​A standout feature of our clinics are our self-confidence training through the C.U.D.I.T. VBS System® (Visualization, Body-Language, Self-Talk). This proven system will help athletes build confidence, focus, and a growth mindset. 

​

All training is geared to each athlete's age and ability.

​

  • Dates: 4 Sundays – March 9, 16, 23, 30

  • Times: Ages 7-10: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
             Ages 11-16: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

  • Price: $149 per athlete

  • No makeups or credits for missed sessions.

Refund Policy:
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start of camp will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of camp will result in a forfeiture of the entire camp fee.
