NJ CHALLENGE 14U Head Coach
Coach Morgan is a hardworking, dedicated, and passionate player who has a love for the game. She has excelled in multiple sports including softball and volleyball, in which she earned varsity letters in both. During her High School freshman varsity softball season her team was the 2010- 2011 Essex County Champions. She was named Co- Captain of the Varsity Softball team her senior year and received Honorable Mention in her division in both 2012 and 2014.
During her senior year she overcame a full ACL and MCL tear from a collision in her fall club softball season. By the spring she had worked hard to make sure she played her senior season at Nutley High school in full, and she did. Her mental toughness exudes in all of her private lesson training sessions.

She is not only focused on the field but is dedicated to her education, leading her to pursue a degree in Art Education at The College of New Jersey and was a walk-on her freshman year. After digging deep and putting in a ton of work she made the team that season. After a full season as a Lion she wanted to focus on her degree and studies. Coach Morgan believes that whatever you do you need to do it wholeheartedly, and for her that was becoming the best art educator that she could.
Her passion for softball never left though, which pushed her to join the TCNJ Club Softball team in 2016-2018. During this time she was also the Assistant Coach for NJ Fight Club Softball 16U from 2015-2016. Throughout her time on the TCNJ Club Softball team she was both Treasurer and President of the Organization.
During her senior year she, and her team, earned the organization the “Most Improved Club Sport”given by the TCNJ Recreation Department. She graduated Magna Caume Laude from TCNJ with a Bachelors of Arts in Art Education and a minor in Psychology.
Currently she teaches Middle School Visual Arts in the Nutley Public School District and is currently the NJ Challenge 12U Club Softball Team Head Coach. In the 2021-2022 Club Softball season she was the Assistant Coach of the NJ Challenge 12U team which earned a berth to the National Championships in just its first year as an Organization.
Coach Morgan has a passion to work with children and teach them on the field and off. She is dedicated to making sure each young athlete has a chance to learn the game in a way that they can understand. She is a strong, vocal and outgoing leader who is ready for any task put in front of her. Be ready to work hard and have some fun when training with Coach Morgan.
